Specifications and Standards Plain and Prelam Boards

Our DIR Pre-lam boards are crafted by bonding high-quality international decorative paper, impregnated with melamine resin, onto a plain board using advanced high-pressure machine technology. This process provides an attractive finish and enhanced protection. To attach a pre-lam board to an MDF board, specially-formulated MF resins are evenly applied to both surfaces. Fully-automated advanced machines then align and press the surfaces together under heat and pressure, ensuring a strong and durable bond.
